Scheduling & Logistics
Do you offer consultation calls?
Yes, I provide brief, no-pressure discovery calls to ensure we are a good fit. During this time, we will gently discuss your needs and answer your questions. You can request a session through my contact form to begin your journey.
What is your cancellation policy?
Sessions are $60 each, and I kindly ask for 24 hours' notice for any schedule changes. This helps me support everyone's care, though changes with less notice will be charged the full fee.
How do virtual sessions work?
Virtual sessions are conducted via a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. Before our appointment, you'll receive a unique link. All you need is a private space, a stable internet connection, and a device with a camera and microphone.
How often should I attend therapy?
Most clients start with weekly sessions to build momentum and establish a strong therapeutic relationship. As you progress and find more grounding, we can discuss moving to bi-weekly or monthly maintenance sessions.
